 WATEK utilizes state-of-the-art engineering software to aid in computer modeling. Modeling gives us an additional method to size pipes, force mains and water mains, evaluate the adequacy of pressure on the system, and determine the necessity of any additional support facilities. This modeling, along with the additional calculations, and field testing allows WATEK to get a multi-dimensional view of each individual water and sewer system.
 

WATEK also performs infrastructure evaluations of existing pipelines and water and sewer mains. Besides calculations and computer software, WATEK obtains field tests to evaluate the condition of existing piping and to give precise and reliable recommendations on the most efficient, most economical, and most reliable ways to fix pipeline problems. Computer models are calibrated using the collected field data such as fire flow/ pressure tests and water quality sampling.
